Once it was listed, the home was quickly exposed to the market through Realtor open houses and through the on-line virtual tour. The showings started immediately and Kimberly’s group followed up on each showing. I even received regular e-mail updates at work on the progress.

Kimberly has touched our lives in a very special way by helping us find our perfect home. Our search lasted almost a year, and through the entire period Kimberly’s infectious optimism and energy kept our spirits high. Market conditions were adverse to the buyer when we were looking, with low supply, multiple offer situations, and escalations significantly over list price being par for the course. In these conditions, it was crucial that we responded quickly to any new home that came on the market. Kimberly was greatly responsive in this regard. She helped us view homes at short notice and was always flexible enough to work around our busy work schedules. When she was not in a position to personally help us with a viewing, she was always resourceful enough to find someone– also very pleasant and helpful – to fill in for her.

In addition Kimberly was accommodative of our special needs. For e.g. we had requested data on key market metrics going back several years (price trends, number of offers per listing etc.). Kimberly worked with her associates to get the data to us. Also for some homes we needed to get estimates for repairs needed before we could decide how much we’d like to offer. Kimberly arranged for her personal contractor to help us with this – someone whom we have continued to work with since we bought our home (and he’s been great as well). Our kids loved Kimberly too. As most home buyers with kids can attest, children do not make viewings easy for parents. Kimberly was particularly effective with our daughters, keeping them engaged, and allowing us to view the homes in relative peace.

Kimberly’s effervescence and people skills were a boon to us while making offers and during post-offer negotiations. She was able to leverage her rapport with the selling agents and other realtors in the Seattle area to provide us with key bits of information needed to enable us to make quick offer decisions. She works with an extremely competent support network. Her assistant LeAnne and others in her office we had a chance to work with were all unfailingly prompt and courteous. The mortgage lending team she works with is absolutely top notch. Our loan application closed in two weeks flat. The transaction was very transparent to us from the beginning, and the interest rate we got compared favorably with those offered by the other large lenders in the industry.

In summary, we would be happy to work with her again. While she is extremely busy, and one of the hardest working individuals we know, she made us feel like her only clients.

When my husband and I decided to sell our home, and we are first time sellers, we didn’t know where to start. Meeting with Kimberly and starting the process was a breeze.
