We just bought our house in Seattle with the help of Kimberly and Hunter. We recently moved from the East Coast, and were mentally prepared for a long and painful process of finding a house, especially given high prices in Seattle. However, our experience was better that we expected. It did take some time, and we saw quite a few houses. But having such a professional and devoted team backing us up gave us confidence that we will find the right house.

Being new to the area, we especially appreciate the team’s guidance, introducing us to different neighborhoods of the city, helping us discover pros and cons of various locations. Hunter tirelessly showed us house after house, adjusting timing to our schedule and requirements of the sellers’ brokers. Kimberly patiently explained the rules of the games of real estate in Seattle, guided us through negotiation process and giving offers. Kimberly and Hunter made sure we had a briefing after viewing each house, and fine-tuned the requirements based on our feedback. We did loose bidding for a couple of houses, but Kimberly and Hunter always cheered us up and helped us see each of these cases not as a defeat, but rather as a step towards a house that we would call ours.

We ended up buying a house within our budget, in the area that we did not think we could afford, with the major features that were important to us. Kimberly and her team were superb professionals in the process of selling our house, in managing us, and managing the other agents and buyers. We were very pleased with the amount of showings, and the consistency of the showings. Her team was excellent in getting the buyer feedback to us on a daily basis. They were helpful in guiding us on staging the house, all the time mindful that we were still living there. The marketing materials they produced were accurate, professionally done and showed our home at its best. The daily follow up was a great comfort to us, knowing they had a handle on the sale and any new developments as they happened. During the inspection and closing process, Kimberly and her team were on top of all the issues and very proactive in positioning our responses in order to get the deal closed.
