Hunter entered the real estate industry at 18, not to follow in someone’s footsteps, but because he genuinely fell in love with it. A proud University of Washington graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a Professional Sales Certificate from the Foster School of Business, Hunter combines rigorous academic training with the kind of real-world instincts that only come from years of showing homes, writing contracts, and navigating negotiations from the very start of his career.

Licensed at 18. Managing Broker by 22. Committed to this craft from day one.

Now a licensed Managing Broker, Hunter brings a forward-thinking edge to every transaction. His fluency in social media marketing, real-time listing exposure, and digital client service tools means his sellers get maximum visibility in today’s fast-moving market, and his buyers get a partner who moves with the same urgency they do. With five years of showing experience and four years focused on full-cycle marketing, Hunter understands both the emotional and analytical dimensions of a real estate decision.

What makes Hunter’s approach distinct is the combination of fresh perspective and genuine local knowledge. Born and raised in the Seattle area, he knows this region not just as a collection of markets, but as a place people actually live and love. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing anywhere across the Eastside or greater Seattle, Hunter brings the expertise, the energy, and the personal investment to help you navigate it with confidence.

Hunter also carries meaningful credentials beyond his license. His UW Special Topics course placed him alongside executive-level planners working on the King County Civic Campus under the guidance of Executive Dow Constantine, sharpening his understanding of urban development, market dynamics, and long-term community value.

As the 2025 Chair of the John L. Scott Young Professionals Network and a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House, Hunter is committed to giving back to the community he’s proud to call home. Together with his mother Kimberly, he brings a partnership that’s rare in real estate: decades of proven expertise alongside the drive and digital savvy of a new generation, all under one roof, and entirely focused on you.
